By The way of SQUARE (red button below) or CASH APP ($vonamcdougal), VENMO (@Vona-McDougal) or Money Gram or Postal Money Order, Nonrefundable $250.00 Deposit for Yorkshire Terriers holds the puppy you have chosen to purchase until puppy is ready to leave the kennel. Unless other arrangements are made or I'm delivering. The puppy will be held up to 1 week after the date puppy can leave the kennel. After 1 week and no contact has been made by you or puppy has not been picked up or delivered, it will be put back up for sale and the deposit will remain nonrefundable. If reasonable, the pup will be held for an X number of days for (gift, birthday, X-Mass, going out of town, something unexpected comes up) I will work with you if at all possible.

If the puppy you have chosen to purchase dies, gets injured, develops a defect or incurable illness, while in Red River Kennels possession, your deposit will be refunded to you, or you can pick another puppy, whichever you prefer, I will contact you immediately.  If the pup has a known defect or injury and you decided to take the puppy at a price break there will be no guarantee for that particular problem or puppy. Please understand that the guarantee that will be provided with your puppy at the time of pick-up is only good providing that you have your puppy, a Puppy Wellness Check by your Vet with in 48 hours of pick-up or delivery and is on the NuVet supplement.

Please be sure you are ready for a puppy in your life, before you place your deposit.  Deposits are nonrefundable or nontransferable for another puppy after 24 hrs... 

By submitting this form is the same as signing the contract.
